A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Manager to formulate brand strategies and lead marketing programs across multiple channels. Job description

  • Formulate brand strategies for building the brand image and increasing the brand awareness through integrated marketing solutions, including above-the-line and below-the line advertising, and Public Relations
  • Lead all marketing programmes, including but not limited to social media advertising and e-commerce platform
  • Identify segment opportunities for enhancing the business development and increase sales revenue for the brand
  • Responsible for end-to-end e-commerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listing content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment, after-sales service etc.
  • Manage reporting of e-commerce sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Evaluate trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions.
  • Liaise with e-commerce partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.
  • Support business development efforts in developing marketing and e-commerce solutions.
  • Manage enquiries from Partners & Associates from Hong Kong, China.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical products and/or FMCG categories.
  • Possess knowledge in Health Supplements / Facial Products
  • Previous experience in an e-commerce position is a valuable asset.
  • Possess strategic thinking skills, proactivity, self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and a track record of success in brand management.
  • Working Hours: 9pm to 6pm, Mon to Fri
