Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development of business cases for IT projects, outlining the expected benefits, costs, and risks associated with each initiative.
• Collaborating with senior management to allocate resources, including budget, staff, and technology, to support prioritized IT initiatives.
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT projects and investments, and advising senior management on risk management strategies.
• Effectively communicating the value proposition of IT initiatives to senior management, including the potential benefits to the organization and how they align with business objectives.
• Monitoring the progress of investments, and providing regular updates to senior management on key milestones, challenges, and successes.
