Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for developing, localizing, and executing marketing programs and campaigns to support business growth in the APAC region. He/She will collaborate with the respective Marketing and Sales teams to define and execute impactful marketing strategies and plans that drive awareness, demand, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the entirety of integrated communications in APAC: internal, external, public relations and branding, in support of marketing and business development strategies.
2. Work alongside Global Marketing and APAC Sales to localize, implement, track and analyze ATL and BTL marketing campaigns across APAC.
3. Produce effective marketing collaterals including flyers, brochures, trade fair materials, and advertisements (print & online).
4. Plan, execute and measure marketing campaigns with APAC partners.
5. Write press releases for APAC-related corporate news.
6. Department's designated representative for APAC in internal and external meetings.
7. APAC editor for the company’s intranet.
8. Conceptualize, plan and execute trade shows, conferences, incentives and corporate events.
9. Ensure consistent brand implementation and compliance with brand standards.
10. Plan, manage, optimize and reconcile the marketing budget for APAC.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
2. Software skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), SAP.
3. Regional marketing experience in the Electronics B2B industry is an added advantage.
