We are seeking a Marketing Manager at the Singapore office to lead the full spectrum of A&P, Public Relations activities and events for the brand, both wholesale & retail, for Singapore & assigned markets. You will work closely with HQ Marketing, Visual Merchandising team, and the Swatch Singapore team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Marketing Budget Management

  • Control, monitor, update, and file marketing expenses/budgets based on Brand and company guidelines.
  • Assist the Brand head in setting, monitoring the budget via a standardized & well-coordinated system.
  • Analyze ROI, respect quotation policies, and obtain management approval for deviations.

Marketing Plan & Execution

  • Collaborate and propose marketing activities across all channels, including communication and media mix.
  • Coordinate to ensure successful implementation of launches for products, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in planning and organizing projects such as store openings, roadshows, events, and incentive trips.
  • Plan and execute third-party marketing collaborations to build brand awareness with malls, banks, and media.
  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to ensure regular media exposure in Singapore, maintaining good relationships with media stakeholders, and sending out product/brand updates monthly and for brand events/campaigns.

Retail Marketing

  • Manage retail marketing activities for boutiques and wholesale, including retail promotions and staff/retailer incentives.
  • Plan and develop retail marketing tools and be involved in CRM campaigns.
  • Supervise CRM program maintenance and ensure PDPA compliance.

Reporting & Support

  • Develop insights to identify brand or customer opportunities, leveraging intelligence to drive growth.
  • Track competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Support system processes and documentation related to marketing expenses, including SAP and report submissions.
  • Support ad hoc assignments and relevant tasks as required.

What you'll need?

  • Educational background in Marketing, Business, or related fields. Familiarity with the brand, FMCG, or watches industry is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing management.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to develop effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Good rapport with external providers.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
