Job description

    As a Marketing Manager for a sports & Fitness store located in Kukatpally, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. These strategies aim to promote the store's products and services, enhance brand awareness, and ultimately drive sales. Your role will involve strategic planning, campaign management, and fostering relationships within the sports industry.You will be tasked with creating and executing tailored marketing plans that align with the store's target audience and objectives. This includes defining key marketing goals, identifying target demographics, and selecting appropriate marketing channels. Additionally, you will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across both online and offline platforms.Maintaining consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and touchpoints will be crucial in ensuring effective brand management. You will also be responsible for managing the store's online presence, which includes overseeing website content, social media engagement, and online advertising efforts.In addition to marketing responsibilities, you will be involved in coordinating in-store events, community engagements, and potentially sponsoring local sports teams or events. Conducting market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities will also be part of your duties.Effective budget management and resource allocation are essential aspects of this role. You will be expected to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to senior management.
