Marketing Manager

Join a dynamic marketing team at RX, where we elevate the power of face‑to‑face events by blending data and digital products to help customers learn about markets, source products and complete transactions at over 350 events in 25 countries across 42 industry sectors.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Manager and/or Project Director to achieve KPIs.


• Strategize, implement and manage an effective multi‑channel marketing plan, including online‑to‑offline, PR and database management.


• Measure, analyse and improve marketing effectiveness.


• Manage timeline and effectiveness of marketing activities.


• Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


• Support the sales team to drive space sales, sponsorship and digital revenue.


• Evaluate customer feedback, market conditions and competitor data to develop deep understanding of customers and industry, and to drive effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Tertiary educated with at least 5 years of marketing experience preferably in a B2B environment.


• Proven event marketing experience or experience in multi‑channel marketing including database management and digital marketing.


• Demonstrate ownership and initiative with a continuous drive to grow the visitorship.


• Strong interpersonal skills to manage external stakeholders and work effectively with internal teams.


• Ability to multi‑task and effectively manage timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
