Position Overview:

As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and initiatives in Singapore and across South East Asia markets. You will play a pivotal role in incubating new brands, building brand profiles, developing regional marketing strategies, and fostering partnerships with corporate clients and local communities to drive sales and achieve ROI targets.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. Brand Incubation and Management:

- Develop launch strategies for new brands, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.

- Build strong relationships with brand partners to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

- Monitor brand performance and provide regular reports on brand health and market penetration.

2. Regional Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies, including social media, tailored to different markets within South East Asia.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer behaviour.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales objectives.

- Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.

3. Brand Profile Building:

- Enhance brand awareness and visibility across digital and traditional channels.

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand identity and values.

- Manage social media presence, content creation, and community engagement initiatives.

- Explore partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand credibility and reach.

4. Partnership Development:

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporate clients, sports organizations, and local communities.

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.

- Negotiate partnership agreements and develop mutually beneficial programs and initiatives.

- Leverage partnerships to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

5. Sales Enablement and ROI:

- Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing collateral and tools that support the sales process.

- Track and analyse marketing metrics, including leads generated, conversion rates, and sales performance.

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

- Implement strategies to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in driving sales and revenue growth.

Deliverables:

- Comprehensive market analysis reports highlighting key trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

- Improve perceived brand value of the Brand within each territory

- New brand launch plans outlining positioning, target audience, messaging, and promotional activities.

-Develop & execute promotion and marketing strategy for each channel along with understanding of seasonality and spikes

- Integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships.

- Partnership agreements and programs outlining objectives, activities, and expected outcomes.

- Regular performance reports tracking KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement metrics, lead generation, and sales conversion rates.

- Budget plans and expenditure reports demonstrating effective resource allocation and ROI.

- Coordinate all product and promotion activities across the e-commerce channel through close collaboration with internal team

- Contribute to customer EDM strategy and execution

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing roles within the sports industry, preferably in brand management or regional marketing.

- Strong understanding of the South East Asia market landscape, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing decisions.

- Creative thinker with a passion for sports and fitness.

You may be asked to take on other responsibilities for the store, under the guidance of management. These may pertain to marketing, operations or retail.

You will be working from home and at the store office, and you are required to be in the office as needed for update meetings or as necessary. There may be events where your presence is required.

The initial offer of employment will be a 3-month probationary contract, and the terms of this letter will be confirmed after the probationary period is up, and both parties are in agreement to continue employment with a permanent contract.

During the probation period, notice period is 2 weeks. Salary and hours of work are as below. No holiday leave can be utilised during the probation period.
