Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategies (Pricing, Advertising, Product Launching)
  • Conduct thorough research on competitors and perform market research to understand what respective product target audiences look for in their ideal products/Services.

  • Use this research and knowledge of our products to identify clear positioning, determine the most appealing features of products and craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages/ad campaigns), develop engaging/educational product marketing campaigns that reach a wide target audience and outline product marketing deployment timelines for the year.

  • Work with various teams (Contracts, Procurement, Operations, Sales) to implement strategies.

  • Test marketing product features, releases, and ad copy.

Focus on 3 Levels of the Sales Funnel and Develop Awareness/Consideration/Preference Campaigns

  • Acquisition – maximize reach of product content (social media, blogs). Able to determine what time of campaign needs to be done, create a budget for the marketing endeavors, craft a project plan to map out when this content will be released, and oversee a team that will create the desired content.

  • Engagement – Build trust and create conversation with potential customers through events, campaigns and specific calls to action.

  • Conversion and Retention – Convert potential customers into paying customers for one-time purchases and keeping customers loyal through subscription models or add-on purchases.

  • Increase year-on-year growth by 20% through new business developments and partnerships.

Develop Effective Marketing Content

  • Works closely with Business Development Manager to develop effective marketing strategies.

  • Lead the Marketing and Corporate Comms Segments

  • Plan/budget/manage roadshows, exhibitions as well as internal and external corporate events.

  • Plan/create/edit/optimize wide range of customer-facing marketing collaterals

  • Identify relevant opinion leaders, influencers, media and content partners who can serve as advocates or partners in co-creating content and developing value offerings.

  • Evaluate using owned, paid, earned, and other avenues to maximize the distribution of assets to the right audience.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in product marketing, branding, or communications (B2B experience preferred).

  • Strong interest in marketing strategy, content creation, and campaign management.

  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, A/B testing).

  • Excellent communication, project coordination, and multitasking skills.

  • A creative thinker who is proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.

  • Willing to travel and work on-site at Gul Circle.

  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.

  • Positive attitude and strong customer-oriented interpersonal skills.

  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Singapore without the need for employer-sponsored work passes.
