You'll collaborate with internal teams, explore AI-driven content ideas, and gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, asset creation, and reporting while contributing to Carousell's mission to empower secondhand commerce.

Qualifications

• Full-time, 6-month internship starting Jan 2027.
• Currently pursuing Marketing or Business degree at a polytechnic or university.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (especially RedNote).
• Ability to generate insights from large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Innovative mindset and capability to think creatively with Generative AI.
• Multi-tasker with solid project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement marketing campaigns across in-app and external channels.
• Ensure day-to-day operational excellence of marketing activities.
• Conceptualize social media strategy and content for RedNote.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to produce assets.
• Support data reporting and generate insights.
• Execute in-app activities with CRM tools and analyze user engagement.
• Ideate low-cost social content and test new ideas.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline ideation, copywriting, and insights.
