Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in consumer brands and retail/FMCG trends.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
• Help track and analyse campaign performance to understand what works and where to improve.
• Assist in organizing trade events, roadshows & promotions.
• Work on social media content and digital marketing activities, including scheduling posts and tracking engagement.
• Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and brand visibility in stores and online.
• Create & execute marketing programs & campaigns.
