Main Responsibilities

Note: This is a regional role covering Singapore and Malaysia.

Marketing Events & CRM

• Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of marketing events and festive activations.
• Perform competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

PR / Media:

• Compile media clippings and follow up on media tracking to measure brand exposure across various channels.
• Assist in photoshoots and artwork production.
• Support the execution of brand events.

Trade Marketing:

• Coordinate the change of visual merchandising with retail partners to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support the planning and execution of trade events.
• Prepare trade marketing reports with reference to window animations, advertising spaces and events.

General Marketing Activities:

• Organize and maintain Marketing warehouse.
• Liaise with external parties for potential cooperations with the brand.
• Ensure that documents are up to date for internal reporting.
• Other day-to-day ad-hoc marketing activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor holder, majoring in Marketing or Business administration. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• Able to commit full-time 5 days a week.
• Prior internship experience in Marketing would be a plus.
