Job summary

CRAY VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a proactive Marketing Intern to join the PlayMade marketing team. This hands-on internship provides exposure to CRM, digital marketing, social media, app marketing and campaign execution.

You will support day-to-day activities, help plan and analyse campaigns, monitor trends, and contribute to customer communications and campaign QA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with campaign research, planning, brainstorming and preparation.
• Research competitor campaigns, marketing trends and best practices.
• Support eDM planning, content preparation, deployment, QA and performance tracking.
• Assist with Push Notification planning, scheduling and performance analysis.
• Support App vouchers, rewards and App-exclusive campaigns.
• Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, customer feedback and User-Generated Content (UGC).
• Support seasonal and ad-hoc campaigns, including KOL outreach, event coordination, asset deployment and campaign QA.
• Assist with BAU marketing activities, customer communications and general marketing coordination.
• Consolidate campaign performance and key learnings to support future optimisation.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join the PlayMade marketing team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to CRM, digital marketing, social media, app marketing and campaign execution. You will work closely with the marketing team to support day-to-day activities while gaining practical experience in planning, executing and analysing marketing campaigns.
