Job summary

PlayMade in Singapore is seeking a proactive Marketing Intern to join the marketing team. The role provides hands-on exposure to CRM, digital marketing, social media, app marketing and campaign execution, supporting day-to-day activities while gaining practical experience in planning, executing and analysing marketing campaigns.

You will collaborate with the team to research trends, prepare content, schedule posts and monitor campaign performance, gaining valuable insights into lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Assist with campaign research, planning, brainstorming and preparation.
• Research competitor campaigns, marketing trends and best practices.
• Support eDM planning, content preparation, deployment, QA and performance tracking.
• Assist with Push Notification planning, scheduling and performance analysis.
• Support App vouchers, rewards and App-exclusive campaigns.
• Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, customer feedback and User-Generated Content (UGC).
• Support seasonal and ad-hoc campaigns, including KOL outreach, event coordination, asset deployment and campaign QA.
• Assist with BAU marketing activities, customer communications and general marketing coordination.
• Consolidate campaign performance and key learnings to support future optimisation.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join the PlayMade marketing team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to CRM, digital marketing, social media, app marketing and campaign execution. You will work closely with the marketing team to support day-to-day activities while gaining practical experience in planning, executing and analysing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
