Job summary

Polar Puffs & Cakes Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Intern to assist with content creation, trend monitoring, and copywriting. You will support campaign development, promotions, and event activations while handling enquiries from multiple channels.

You will also assist with e-commerce updates, maintain consistency across digital touchpoints, and liaise with various departments to coordinate marketing efforts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Able to commit for 6 months with a 5-day work week, 8:30am to 6pm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic knowledge of tools like Canva and Microsoft Office.
• Energetic and able to work independently with minimal guidance, team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist content creation with the appointed social media agency, monitor trends and copywrite.
• Support campaign development and execution of promotional campaigns and event activations.
• Handle enquiries and feedback from Email, Google Reviews, Social Media, Website.
• Update e-commerce website; ensure consistency across SEO, EDMs and CRM.
• Coordinate with departments on marketing matters and liaise with KOLs for campaigns and media drops.
• Administrative tasks: update internal marketing databases, prepare reports, coordinate promotional materials.

• Work with the appointed social media agency and assist on content creation, trend monitoring, and copywriting
• Assist with campaign development and execution of promotional campaigns and event activations
• Assist with enquiries and feedback promptly from various platforms (e.g. Email, Google Reviews, Social Media, Website)
• Assist with e-commerce website updates, ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints (SEO, EDMs and CRM)
• Conduct market research and liaise with Key Opinion Leaders on campaigns, press releases, and coordination of media drop deliveries
• Help with liaison between various departments such as Operations, Business Development, Product R&D, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and others on marketing matters
• Administrative Tasks: Updating internal marketing databases, preparing reports, and coordinating promotional materials
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Able to commit for 6 months with a 5-day work week, 830am to 6pm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic knowledge of tools like Canva and Microsoft Office
• Equipped with good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Energetic and able to work independently with minimal guidance, team player in group management settings
• Willing to learn the ropes of marketing in the fast-paced food and beverage industry
• Meticulous in work and able to prioritise responsibilities
