Job summary

DAELITE is seeking a Marketing Intern to support day-to-day marketing and content creation for a modern beauty brand. You will work closely with the team to plan content for Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu, film short-form videos, edit and post content, and craft engaging captions.

A strong eye for aesthetics and a proactive attitude are essential for contributing fresh ideas. You will gain practical experience in branding, social media growth, influencer outreach, and campaign execution while

Qualifications

• Interest in social media and lifestyle brands.
• Regularly use Instagram and TikTok; understand engaging content.
• Strong aesthetic sense and presentation.
• Comfort filming content with a phone for short-form videos.
• Basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools.
• Clear, natural English writing for captions and copy.
• Proactive, able to turn ideas into posted content.
• Organised; can manage multiple small projects and deadlines.
• Experience with Xiaohongshu, Canva, photography, videography or content creation is a bonus.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

You will work closely with the team on DAELITE’s day-to-day marketing and content.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and create content for Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu

• Assist with filming short-form videos, client transformations and behind-the-scenes content

• Edit short-form videos and prepare content for posting

• Write captions and simple marketing copy

• Help manage the brand's social media content calendar

• Research beauty, fashion and social media trends

• Identify content ideas, trending formats and potential collaborations

• Assist with influencer/KOL outreach and coordination

• Support campaign launches, promotions and new service launches

• Help organise photoshoots, filming sessions and content assets

• Review content performance and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement and enquiries

• Support other branding and marketing projects when required

Who We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have a strong interest in social media, beauty, fashion or lifestyle

• Regularly use Instagram and TikTok and understand what makes content engaging

• Have a good eye for aesthetics and visual presentation

• Are comfortable filming with a phone and creating short-form content

• Have basic video editing skills; CapCut or similar software is sufficient

• Can write clear, natural English

• Are proactive and able to turn an idea into something that can actually be posted

• Are organised and able to manage multiple small projects and deadlines

• Are willing to learn, experiment and improve based on results

Experience withXiaohongshu, Canva, photography, videography, graphic design or content creationis a bonus.
