As the Marketing & Growth Manager , you will spearhead and implement marketing and business expansion strategies to ensure Miraco Nutripharm and our flagship brands thrive in the competitive health and wellness market. This role involves building a small but dynamic in-house team and working with suitable marketing agencies to increase top-of-mind awareness, cultivate brand loyalty and expand partnerships networks to transform our currently niche health supplements into household brand names.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic marketing and business growth: Develop and execute effective marketing and business development initiatives tailored to each unique health supplement brand to increase market share, achieve revenue and profitability targets in line with overall business objectives
  • Integrate traditional and digital marketing: Propose and manage full suite of corporate and product marketing efforts online and offline to expand both our B2B and B2C customer base, increase engagement, conversion and retention
  • Optimise business processes and marketing spend: Continuously track and refine our marketing and business development processes by adopting a data-driven approach plus stay ahead of industry trends, shifts in customer behaviour and changes in digital marketing algorithms in order to deliver significant results with excellent ROI
  • Stakeholder collaboration for business growth: Identify, negotiate and secure win-win partnership opportunities and increase market penetration, strengthen relationships with KOLs while amplifying our brands and elevating their credibility
  • Team leadership and capability building: Build and mentor a high-performing team capable of executing successful marketing and business development strategies by fostering a motivated environment of creativity and strategic thinking

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce or related field. Professional certifications in Marketing and Business Development that show continuous learning would be useful
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and business strategies to grow niche pharmaceutical or health and wellness brands into well-recognised brands locally and internationally
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytical tools, covering Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing and lead generation
  • Experience in managing a small team and overseeing marketing/business expansion budget with the ability to prioritise strategically and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) as well as interpersonal skills, capable of engaging different stakeholders with relevant value propositions to support and amplify brand initiatives
  • Resourceful and agile, with sharp business acumen to identify and maximise opportunities in the exciting health and wellness space.
