Job description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist/Agency to enhance the growth and visibility of our YouTube channel on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully driving organic and paid traffic tailored specifically for YouTube, focusing on increasing subscribers, views, and overall engagement.Responsibilities:- Devise and implement a customized YouTube promotion strategy aligned with our content.- Strategize and oversee YouTube Ads campaigns (excluding promotion on Facebook or Instagram).- Recommend effective keyword optimization, video SEO, and audience targeting approaches.- Monitor and assess campaign performance, providing regular updates.- Enhance visibility, reach, and engagement through optimized content and ad expenditure.- Clearly communicate budget requirements for YouTube Ads, offering insights on cost per view (CPV), daily/monthly ad budget, and related aspects.Requirements:- Demonstrable experience in promoting YouTube channels and utilizing Google Ads, especially YouTube Ads.- Proficiency in understanding YouTube algorithms, trends, and SEO best practices.- Familiarity with audience targeting and conversion strategies specific to YouTube.- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate campaign success.- Ability to present clear budget estimates (Google Ads budget vs. Service Fees).Budget Expectations:- Google Ads Budget: Provide a detailed projection of the expected expenditure on Google Ads (monthly or per campaign).- Service Fee: Specify your service fee for executing and managing the campaigns (either flat rate or percentage-based).How to Apply:Interested candidates are requested to submit the following:- A concise proposal detailing your approach to promoting YouTube channels.- An itemized breakdown of the budget (Google Ads + your service fee).- Examples of YouTube channels you have effectively promoted.- Your availability and any other pertinent information.,
