WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and enthusiastic junior professional with basic marketing skills to join our growing team as a Marketing & Events Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1–2 years of experience) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing coordination, events, partnerships, and admin support.

You will play a key support role for the regional marketing team based in Cambodia, acting as the local point of contact in Singapore to help execute and coordinate marketing activities, events, and partnerships. You’ll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance our brand visibility and support business development efforts across Southeast Asia.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Marketing & Admin Support

  • Support the Cambodia-based marketing team by coordinating tasks on the ground in Singapore
  • Assist with copywriting and English content writing for articles, blog posts, and internal documents
  • Conduct online research to support market studies, marketing initiatives, or project proposals
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including document formatting, data gathering, and reporting

Campaign & Community Support

  • Assist in brainstorming content ideas and planning campaign concepts with the team
  • Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, comments, etc...) and gather insights for reporting
  • Help with social media community management (eg: engaging with comments, tracking competitors, trends listening)
  • If comfortable, contribute to video content by being on-camera for future campaigns

Events & Partnerships

  • Support planning and execution of physical events, internal activities, or seminars in Singapore
  • Help research and book venues, catering, décor, entertainment, and tech setups (screens, stage, etc.)
  • Act as a contact point for local vendors, event suppliers, and venue owners
  • Assist in post-event reporting and documenting key takeaways
  • Help with office-related events and bring creative ideas for team bonding activities

Partnership & External Relations

  • Act as a liaison with local chambers, business associations, and strategic partners
  • Attend in-person events or meetings on behalf of the company and report insights back to the team
  • Support partnership development by helping nurture relationships and identifying new visibility opportunities

Local Production & Materials Handling

  • Coordinate the physical printing and delivery of marketing materials (flyers, business cards, posters)
  • Source and liaise with local suppliers for custom branded items (merch, signage, giveaways)
  • Ensure printed materials meet quality standards before use or distribution

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, admin, event coordination, or business support role
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools (Canva, Microsoft Office suite)
  • Good writing skills in English for copywriting and content drafting
  • Comfortable managing external vendors or attending meetings/events in person
  • Able to multitask and support multiple projects across events, partnerships, and admin duties
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and interest in online trends
  • Bonus: Comfortable being on camera or helping with basic video shoots

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience coordinating small-scale events or working with external vendors
  • Interest in insurance, finance, or corporate communications
  • Understanding of social media engagement or community management
