Social Media Content Planning and Management: Drive automotive brands' social presence, with full ownership of respective brand voice and owned social channels. Define social strategy and measurement approach for effective implementation across the business. Champion adoption of social marketing best practices and social analytics to drive impact for the consumer business.
Live Stream and Social Media Short Reels: Manage live streams on TikTok, Facebook, and Xiao Hong Shu. Involve in live stream hosting. Able to host, engage, and communicate face-to-face, fronting the camera and audience. Constantly explore and identify new potential opportunities in all aspects to develop and establish streaming content and format for greater viewership. Involve in broadcast/live stream process, including scheduling, planning, and marketing.
Media Relations: Developing, implementing, and measuring external and internal media-based communication plans. Manage day-to-day media relations/media requests for brand and corporate issues. Develop written materials including press releases, Q&A, media standby statements on brand and corporate issues as required.
Events and Marketing: To work closely with the team to conceptualize and manage events marketing using both traditional and new media channels. To support the creation and delivery of dynamic marketing activities that will enhance our events by drawing on the full marketing mix, email, social media, experimental, and tactical promotional activities. Manage events budget, evaluate results against goals, and generate learnings for improvement.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing equivalent with 1 - 3 years experience in a marketing / social media role.
Proven experience in delivering social media campaigns and social community management for international brands.
Strong knowledge of content creation and social media channels, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Facebook, and Instagram.
Passionate about the potential of social live commerce in the new digital retail.
Fun, energetic, creative, confident, and presentable in presenting, with a positive and likable attitude.
Familiar with live streaming technology, proficient in using live streaming equipment and operations, able to quickly process and solve technical issues.
Have an in-depth understanding of the live streaming process and program content, able to plan and adjust according to the needs of the host and audience.
Passion for video creation, and strong interest in content making for social media.
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on promotional needs and live broadcast schedules.
