Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Branding and Marketing Senior Executive to join our team in driving the growth and visibility of our established F&B chain, with over 80 outlets across Singapore. This role supports the strategic development and execution of branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand equity, increase customer engagement, and drive footfall.

Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way(Near Woodlands/Sembawang) at the end of the 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional programmes that support the retail stores in achieving store and corporate business goals
  • Manage marketing and promotion budget
  • Formulates, plans and manage A&P activities to achieve sales revenue and profit, and ensuring effective utilization of A&P budget
  • Evaluate market information and monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends
  • Website & Social Media Management
  • Implements, standardizes and executes creative store displays for campaigns, product launches and promotions
  • Manage sponsorships
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

Skills:

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Able to see through projects from start to end, including pre-planning, execution and post mortem
  • Able to utilise data for decision making and generating reports for management reporting
  • Able to work independently and to meet tight deadlines
  • Good command of the English & Chinese Language and writing skills
  • Able to communicate efficiently with team members of all levels

Education:

  • University Degree in Marketing, or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar/supervisory role
