Job description

You will be joining a leading wellness and Ayurvedic company with a focus on promoting holistic health and well-being. As a Business Executive (BTL), your primary responsibility will be to lead grassroots marketing efforts, which includes organizing health camps, conducting health assessments, and managing BTL activities in collaboration with various organizations.Your key responsibilities will include organizing morning health camps at different locations, conducting basic health assessments like measuring blood pressure and sugar levels, and educating the public about Ayurvedic health practices and products. Additionally, you will meet with representatives from different organizations to plan and execute BTL marketing activities, collaborate on community wellness programs, and track camp and activity performance while maintaining accurate reports. It will also be crucial for you to coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of events.To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with previous experience in the medical or healthcare field being preferred. Experience in organizing events or health camps would be an added advantage, along with a basic knowledge of wellness, Ayurveda, and health assessments.
