Job Scope:
Develop and manage online marketing content (social media, email marketing, website updates, SEO).
Coordinate and support offline marketing campaigns and events (roadshows, exhibitions, promotional campaigns).
Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, step-by-step guides, and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency.
Monitor and report the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics or similar tools; provide insights for continuous improvement.
Increase engagement and brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu.
Assist in copywriting for promotional content across multiple media.
Support partnerships and collaborations to drive visibility and sales leads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Liaise with internal teams to align marketing with business objectives.
Perform basic administrative and ad-hoc support duties when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience (digital + offline).
Proficient in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and design tools (e.g., Canva, WooCommerce will be added advantage).
Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email campaign tools.
