Job summary

A seafood industry leader in Singapore is looking for a candidate for a digital and social media marketing position. Responsibilities include managing social media channels, planning ad campaigns, and collaborating with influencers to boost brand presence. The ideal candidate should have up to 2 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio. Familiarity with video editing and Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

Entry level to junior position for candidates with experience in digital and social media marketing.

You must be competent in social media marketing, have a strong interest in food and a solid portfolio to show for this. Please include your expected salary range in your application.

A key player in the seafood sector, the company’s services include seafood trading, processing and retailing. The company believes in sustainability and bringing the best seafood for all to enjoy.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Brand and Marketing Manager on all brand and marketing matters including:

  • Plan social media calendars, create engaging content and manage the social media channels (LI, FB, IG and Tiktok etc. for both B2B and B2C brands);

  • Strategise, implement and manage ad buys on Meta, Tiktok and Google, with effective tracking for campaign results and improve ROAS;

  • Collaborate with influencers and other brands to achieve brand and marketing objectives;

  • Monthly reporting of digital marketing initiatives and ROIs;

  • Work with in-house designers and manage agencies for design work and SEO (including updating on shopify site);

  • Produce seo-optimised blog copies for website;

  • Oversee design and creatives for all marketing materials and collaterals;

  • Support integrated brand and marketing campaigns for a wide range of products;

  • Other adhoc duties assigned;

Requirements:
  • Up to 2 years’ experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably in-house and in the FMCG industry

  • Diploma/Bachelor in business and/or marketing preferred

  • Have proven tracked record of managing ads campaigns from planning to implementation, tracking and reporting

  • A good eye for aesthetic

  • Possess relevant skills for social media content creation with a solid portfolio to show

  • Able to use capcut or other video editing softwares to create reels/Tiktoks

  • Familiar with digital marketing ad buy and its technical requirements

  • Able to produce content in Mandarin for China market

  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects and deliver them within given timelines

  • Able to work with and manage designers and agencies

A plus if you have:
  • Website management experience (shopify)

  • Packaging design experience (to vet)

  • GA4 reporting

  • A passion for seafood, of course!
