We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer to play a key role in shaping and elevating our brand presence across the region and support our growth ambitions across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our Singapore and South-East Asia marketing strategy, coordinating, organizing and delivering our marketing activities, managing and optimizing our digital platforms, driving multi-channel marketing campaigns, and supporting brand-building initiatives that directly contribute to business growth. Together, with internal digital teams, internal stakeholders, external agencies, and industry partners, you will work closely with all stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing programs, engaging events, and high-quality content and campaigns that resonate with our audiences and strengthen our market position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Marketing Strategy and Brand Development
· Design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention aligned with business goals for Singapore and the region.
· Act as the key point of contact for key partners, chambers, and industry networks, , nurturing relationships and identifying partnership opportunities.
· Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights to enhance marketing programs, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
· Stay abreast of market developments, consumer trends, and competitor activities, recommending adjustments to the marketing strategies where necessary.
· Contribute and provide approval for all content calendars, thought leadership topics, and branded materials.
Campaign Management
· Plan, coordinate, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns together with digital team that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
· Collaborate with digital team and external agencies to execute campaign activities (SEO, SEM, SMA, PPC, social media, email marketing).
· Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and budgets and recommend optimizations based on data insights.
· Ensure campaign messaging and creative assets are aligned with the brand identity and market expectations.
· Run and maintain the company’s social media channels, ensuring regular updates and effective management of advertising campaigns.
Partnerships, Events & Sales Enablement
· Identify, plan, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and create tangible business opportunities.
· Oversee the planning and execution of physical and hybrid marketing events, seminars, and sponsorships, including budget management, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
· Support business teams with marketing tools, sales presentations, pitch decks, and client materials.
· Keep track of leads acquisition, sources, and conversion efficiency
Digital Marketing & CRM Oversight
· Oversee the execution of the company’s digital marketing strategy by the Cambodia team, including SEM, SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
· Supervise and optimize the CRM system and associated tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business or other social media support) to enhance customer engagement and the end-to-end customer journey.
· Manage and maintain oversight of the company website with the support of external developers, ensuring up-to-date and brand-consistent content.
· Guide the development of monthly content and thought leadership in partnership with business teams, copywriters, and agencies.
· Monitor, review and approve digital performance on social media plans and campaigns to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Budget & Resource Management
· Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on marketing spending.
· Regularly review and adjust budget plans based on campaign performance and business priorities.
Others
· Support any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management roles, preferably in an insurance-related environment.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media management, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
· Experience in event planning and management, including webinars, client events, and industry seminars.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
· Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· A proactive, hands-on team player with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and senior stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and website CMS platforms is an advantage.
