A dynamic tech company is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to develop effective marketing campaigns and nurture leads for their SaaS products. Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, content syndication, and paid media.
Collaborate with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) programs and ensure messaging is consistent and tailored.
Design lead nurturing journeys to move prospects through the funnel effectively.
Track and report on lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to tailor messaging per audience/market.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, growth, or performance marketing
Familiar with CRM,SAAS, PAAS and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
Strong analytical mindset; confident with campaign reporting and data interpretation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, paid social, and content marketing best practices
Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B industries preferred
Proactive, self-starter, and eager to drive measurable results
Nice to Have
Experience with intent data platforms, enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo)
Exposure to B2B sales funnel metrics and MQL/SQL alignment
ABM campaign experience (e.g., with 6sense, Demandbase, or RollWorks)
