Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, content syndication, and paid media.

  • Collaborate with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) programs and ensure messaging is consistent and tailored.

  • Design lead nurturing journeys to move prospects through the funnel effectively.

  • Track and report on lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to tailor messaging per audience/market.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, growth, or performance marketing

  • Familiar with CRM,SAAS, PAAS and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)

  • Strong analytical mindset; confident with campaign reporting and data interpretation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, paid social, and content marketing best practices

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B industries preferred

  • Proactive, self-starter, and eager to drive measurable results

Nice to Have

  • Experience with intent data platforms, enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo)

  • Exposure to B2B sales funnel metrics and MQL/SQL alignment

  • ABM campaign experience (e.g., with 6sense, Demandbase, or RollWorks)
