Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to drive multi-channel marketing campaigns for exciting B2B exhibitions. This role involves planning and executing strategies across digital and traditional platforms, managing content creation, and overseeing social media efforts. You'll work closely with vendors and ensure seamless event execution while analyzing campaign performance to refine future strategies. Job description

You should have

  • Experience with exhibitors’ management

  • Experience in tradeshow

  • Experience working with digital marketing agencies

  • Experience working with key vendors and using business matchmaking app

  • Understand the backend event line.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as email, social media, Public Relations, digital advertising, and traditional media to attract visitors, delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors.

  • Content Creation: Develop and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, website content, and digital assets, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

  • Digital & Social Media: Oversee social media strategies and schedules, create engaging posts, manage analytics, and collaborate with agencies to enhance digital presence.

  • Website Management: Maintain event websites with up-to-date content and optimise user experience through SEO improvements and third-party integrations.

  • Email Marketing: Design and schedule targeted email campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve engagement.

  • Data Management: Manage data segmentation to support targeted communications and identify new data sources to fill gaps.

  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors such as designers, website developers, registration, databuild and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.

  • Onsite Support: Provide hands-on support during events to ensure smooth execution of marketing-related activities.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to refine future strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-year of marketing experience in B2B exhibition or media marketing.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, online advertising, and SEO.

  • Experience managing databases for targeted direct marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks efficiently.
