The Marketing executive is responsible for the end to end planning and execution of all marketing campaign to promote a company products and services. Leveraging digital channels on social media, search engines and website to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic and generate leads or sales.
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms, managing contents, search engine optimization, and communications. This role plays a critical part in amplifying our brand voice, driving parent engagement, and positioning us as a national leader in early childhood development.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy and Campaign Management
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that ensure a unified approach across all channels. Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion while also oversee the development of campaign materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional assets.
- Define and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and vision. Oversee the execution of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with planned objectives and timely delivery of initiatives.
- Plan and strategize in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, design, media planning, and deployment.
- Identify and select appropriate media channels (e.g., digital, print, broadcast, social media) to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior and provide actionable recommendations based on business environment analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and articulate brand messaging that reflects both our customer insights and Preschool Market's desired image and branding and ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital channels and touchpoints.
- Produce and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, emails and social media posts. Ensure all content aligns with PSM's voice and messaging.
- Develop comprehensive marketing communications plans that support overall marketing and business objectives and also define key messaging, target audiences, and communication strategies for all campaigns and initiatives.
Content Marketing
- Develop preliminary ideas and concepts for innovative design solutions based on stakeholder needs and market opportunities while also collaborate with stakeholders to validate and iterate on design concepts.
- Identify key moments of truth and pain points to improve the overall customer experience, then create and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction based on customers feedback.
Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies while also conducting market research to complement consumer data analysis and gain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Analyse customer behaviour data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to purchasing habits, preferences, and engagement.
- Perform data analysis and insights and campaign performance tracking by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences and competitors. Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Collaborate with preschool operators, teachers, and external partners to support local outreach and national education events.
- Assist in developing co-branded campaigns or redemption tie-ins with corporate sponsors (e.g. FairPrice, KidsStation, Sentosa, etc.).
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or communications—experience in the education or family/consumer space is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), Meta Ads Manager, email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and basic CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills with a passion for education and parenting narratives.
- Bonus: Photography/videography skills or Adobe Creative Suite experience.
