The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Responsibilities
1) Digital & Social Marketing – Travel Retail APAC
- Maintain Plan and execute monthly retailer media placements and social media content, coordinating closely with the IM and Sales teams to align on availability and stock readiness. Collaborate with creative agencies to develop assets and bilingual copywriting.
- Oversee the maintenance of pre-order boutique websites, including quarterly banner refresh planning, execution, and coordination across sub-regions. Ensure product content and visuals are updated accurately and professionally.
- Support digital paid media campaigns on Chinese platforms, contributing to asset development and crafting compelling Chinese-language copy.
- Assist in reviewing content for Chinese KOL (Key Opinion Leader) social engagements to ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives.
- Manage TRDM (Trade Retail Digital Management) tasks by ensuring product information is correctly registered and displayed in various languages across pre-order platforms.
- Contribute to campaign performance tracking by compiling launch recaps, media clippings, and analyzing results.
2) Marketing Operations
- Coordinate the end-to-end production of marketing assets, including OOH retailer media, in-store collateral, and signage materials.
- Manage in-store counter video updates by liaising with global creative teams and local FVM/Sales teams to ensure timely and accurate content changeovers.
- Provide logistical and operational support for regular and ad hoc meetings, events, and conferences such as Sales Cycle Meetings and internal team sessions.
- Handle purchase requisitions (PR), budget tracking, and updates to ensure marketing spend is properly documented and aligned with forecasts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Preferbly possess experience in beauty industry.
- Exposure in regional role is an additional advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable in executing daily tasks.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and with various stakeholders.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
