Job summary

WEN & WENG MEDICAL GROUP PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to craft engaging content that boosts brand awareness and drives audience engagement across digital platforms. You will oversee campaigns, create compelling visuals, and adapt content for diverse demographics in a fast-paced market.

The role requires 1–3 years in content/digital marketing, strong English writing, and proficiency with video editing tools. Familiarity with local platforms and SEA trends is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, or a related role (fresh grads with a strong portfolio may also apply)
• Proficient in photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, Lightroom)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in English (bonus for Mandarin/Japanese)
• A keen eye for visual design and adapting content for different platforms
• Familiarity with social media trends in Singapore and SEA

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and monitor local and regional market conditions, competitors, industry trends, content trends, platform updates and user behaviour to identify opportunities and improve marketing and content strategies
• Propose, plan and execute marketing campaigns with minimal supervision
• Plan, produce, and edit compelling digital content for social media, websites and other platforms
• Leverage AI tools to create, enhance and optimise marketing content including copy and visuals
• Create short-form videos, reels, photos, and other content using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Write and proofread engaging copy aligning with brand tone
• Coordinate collaborations with bloggers and influencers to boost brand awareness
• Collaborate with marketing, product and design teams to support campaigns
• Manage social media calendars, post scheduling and engagement tracking
• Monitor content trends and platform updates to optimise strategies
• Use SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to evaluate performance
• Engage with audiences and respond to comments/messages
