Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the brand’s vision and market positioning to boost awareness and loyalty.
Content Creation: Generate engaging content for digital channels including social media, email newsletters, and the company website, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Market Research: Conduct research to monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Management: Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities, with a focus on measuring performance and return on investment.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, paid media campaigns, and social media advertising to enhance online presence and drive traffic.
Partnership Development: Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with influencers, designers, and industry players to increase brand outreach.
Customer Engagement: Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to improve engagement and deliver memorable customer experiences.
Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience preferably in luxury or home interior sector.
Solid understanding of digital marketing practices and tools.
Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and branding.
Proficient in marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
