The successful candidate will be responsible for driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting customer retention through multi-channel campaigns, digital content, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote company offering including car services and sale of vehicles.

  • Work closely with internal teams to launch promotions and seasonal offers across workshops.

Digital Marketing

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across company’s digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

  • Support paid digital campaigns (e.g. Meta, Google Ads) and track performance metrics.

Content Creation & Branding

  • Develop engaging content (e.g. videos, infographics, car care tips) with subject experts to educate and attract customers.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.

Customer Engagement

  • Coordinate WhatsApp and website enquiry responses with Sales/Ops to ensure timely follow-up.

  • Encourage reviews and feedback from customers to enhance the company’s reputation (e.g. Google reviews).

  • Conduct Customer Service Surveys to assess customer satisfaction levels and understand reasons for lost customers.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track campaign performance, leads, and conversions. Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Support lead generation efforts via CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot).

Partnerships & Events

  • Assist in outreach to partners for joint promotions or collaborations.

  • Support on-ground activations, exhibitions, and community outreach initiatives.

Customer Experience

Develop Service Excellence Standards

· Establish and maintain exemplary service standards, including personal grooming and housekeeping, that serve as a competitive edge for our brand.

Customer Engagement & Feedback Management

· Handle and manage customer enquiries and feedback across multiple channels, including calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

· Engage with workshop managers proactively to identify service gaps and recommend enhancements to improve customers’ experience.

Insights, Reporting & Analysis

· Track and analyse customer feedback and complaints, Google reviews, and other customer data sources.

· Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, mystery audits, and insights surveys.

· Present findings and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.

· Take minutes in monthly management meeting

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.

  • Min. 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in automotive or consumer services.

  • Strong writing skills and creativity in content development.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot etc.).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
