Job description

Join our team as a Marketing Executive and be part of a dynamic environment where your creativity and strategic thinking can shine! Fresh graduates are welcome! Experience with Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our restaurant’s goals.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms.

• Plan and execute promotions, events, and campaigns to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage our online presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and online ads.

• Create engaging content, monitor brand reputation, and optimize digital campaigns.

• Handle customer engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage social media complaints.

POS & Menu Management

• Update and manage menu items across POS systems.

• Coordinate with vendors to resolve POS, iPad, and printer issues.

• Generate sales and item reports for performance analysis.

3rd Party Delivery & E-Commerce Platforms

• Oversee 3rd Party Delivery & E-Commerce Platforms.

• Work with account managers on promotions and operational requests.

• Update menus, adjust operating hours, process refunds, and handle customer issues.

CRM & Customer Engagement

• Manage membership loyalty program, including cashback alerts, birthday vouchers, and customer reports.

• Resolve customer issues related to earnings, redemptions, and personal details.

Website & Marketing Collateral

• Maintain and update websites (WordPress, Wix).

• Design and order staff uniforms, name tags, business cards, and outlet TV displays.

• Source giveaway items for events and create marketing/operational collaterals.

• Conduct photoshoots when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ ITE/ Degree in Marketing or Communications or other relevant disciplines

• Passion for F&B marketing, branding, and customer engagement

• Experience in social media management, CRM, and digital marketing

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva a plus!)

• Ability to analyse data and make strategic marketing decisions

• Fresh graduates are welcome!
