We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for understanding high end consumer behavior and the ability to translate insights into effective marketing campaigns across various channels. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and fostering long-term customer loyalty within the Singapore market and potentially beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with our overall business goals, including brand building, product marketing, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, analyze competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth in the Singapore market.
- eCampaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, paid advertising), traditional (if applicable), and also offline channels.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant marketing content across various formats (website copy, blog posts, social media updates, marketing collateral, etc.), ensuring brand consistency.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze key marketing metrics (KPIs), providing regular reports on campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand identity and messaging across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency and brand integrity within the Singaporean context.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the Singapore and Southeast Asian markets.
- Manage physical campaign: Manage physical campaign and premium Brand event and be part of the team to execute plan.
- Customer service: Supportingin customer service for existing customers and build new customer base, including contact with the customers physically.
- Blog writing: Blog composition and idea input into various platforms.
- Customer base management: Update the customer data into the CRM tool.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business development or a related field.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with demonstrable success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Singaporean high-end branding market and consumer behavior.
- Experienced in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with local Singaporean marketing channels and platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
