Duties and Responsibilities
As the Marketing Executive, you will:
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Creation campaigns: co‑create joint campaigns with vendors and channel partners to drive demand and strengthen partner ecosystem engagement through enablement programs, incentives, planning and execution of multi‑channel campaigns (digital, events, webinars, ABM, social media, email).
- Campaign Support: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Channel Marketing Support: Work closely with sales teams, vendors and partners to create marketing collateral (e.g., product datasheets, brochures, presentations) and support channel initiatives that drive sales.
- Event Coordination: Source, plan and coordinate trade shows, webinars, and other industry and networking events that engage partners, resellers and customers.
- Content Management: Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, email newsletters and social media posts; ensure distribution and communication is done via an internal CRM system.
- Social Media & Website Updates: Manage updates to the company’s social media channels and website, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Manage COOP and MDF across the portfolio: collaborate closely with the local finance team to ensure timely submission of claims and payment of invoices while ensuring compliance with the vendor’s MDF processes and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Managers to develop marketing plans for strategic vendors, ensuring alignment with the Vendor Blueprint.
- Support internal sales teams to ensure the timely delivery of relevant POP materials for each activity, allowing for efficient and on‑time claims processing.
- Reporting & Analytics: Coordinate communication with internal teams to track, analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, generating insights to refine future strategies and ensure strong ROI.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably B2B marketing experience in IT, technology or a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and deliver projects unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with tools (HubSpot, Adobe) and basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
