Gush is looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Executive to lead and support our digital marketing efforts, e-commerce platforms, creative content development, and marketing operations. You’ll work across both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution—ensuring Gush continues to grow as a leading, design-forward and tech-enabled brand.
· Oversee and enhance Gush’s e-commerce websites (Shopify), ensuring intuitive navigation, seamless user journeys, and high conversion performance.
· Work closely with the team to update product listings, product launches, collections, banners, and seasonal campaigns on-site.
· Collaborate with developers or use no-code tools to roll out microsite enhancements and feature improvements.
· Set up and manage analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta, Shopify) to monitor campaign effectiveness, traffic trends, and conversion funnels.
· Generate monthly reports and derive actionable insights to support decision-making across marketing and sales.
· Plan, execute, and optimise multi-platform campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) for both brand awareness and product sales.
· Manage ad budgets, creatives, and targeting strategies with a test-and-learn approach to performance marketing.
· Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve organic reach.
· Optimise web content and metadata for search, while supporting SEM through campaign management and landing page creation.
· Manage and build out flows in Omnisend (or similar) for lead nurturing, abandoned carts, post-purchase journeys, and promotions.
· Continuously A/B test subject lines, copy, and visuals to drive higher open and conversion rates.
· Identify and implement tools that streamline marketing operations—such as creative production, approvals, and campaign management.
· Support digital transformation efforts by integrating automations and improving internal workflows.
· Assist in developing colour schemes for projects by producing rendered visuals and mock-ups to support client-facing proposals.
· Collaborate with the enterprise sales team to generate mood boards, elevation visuals, or stylised images to present curated colour combinations for buildings and interior spaces.
· Support the creation of tenders and project marketing kits with well-presented visuals and colour strategies proposals.
· Design high-quality creative assets including brochures, packaging, banners, infographics, and digital ads.
· Propose art direction and support basic photography and videography needs when required.
· Maintain brand consistency and elevate the visual storytelling across all mediums.
· Use AI and creative tools to streamline design production while maintaining strong aesthetics.
· Refine visuals using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and keep up with emerging creative tech.
· Have hands-on experience with Shopify and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, Omnisend, GA4).
· Are both creative and data-driven, with strong attention to detail and execution.
· Love improving systems, exploring new tools, and turning insights into action.
· Are excited by the challenge of wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving, purposeful company.
· Min. Diploma in Marketing/ Graphic Design/Mass Communications or related
· Min. 3 years of experience in marketing and hands-on design functions.
· Preferably also has experience in colour consulting, paint design or related industry
· Proficient in Adobe Creative suite and Figma
· Creative and energetic
· Good team-player and take ownership in meeting deadlines
· Good communication skills
