Key Responsibilities

  • Design compelling marketing collaterals (print and digital) tailored for B2B audiences including healthcare professionals and partners.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events to promote Lucence’s cancer diagnostic services.
  • Create engaging, accurate content for use across multiple channels (e.g. website, LinkedIn, email newsletters).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce educational and training materials.
  • Provide sales support as needed (e.g. presentations, client-facing materials).
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties in support of the marketing function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, with exposure to B2B marketing preferred.
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and proactive in handling evolving priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design software is a must, including:
    • Adobe Photoshop or equivalent for graphic design
    • Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent for video editing
  • Experience with web design (e.g. website layout, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, basic HTML/CSS or CMS tools) will be advantageous.
  • Please share a portfolio or samples of past marketing work as part of your application.
