About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, creative, proactive and design-savvy Marketing Executive to support the execution of our 360° marketing initiatives in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone with strong creative skills, solid project coordination experience, and a working knowledge of the FMCG retail and digital landscape. You will support the full spectrum of marketing efforts managing our premium pet food brands — across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & POSM Production
- Design and produce POSM assets including banners, e-banners, shelf talkers, wobblers, decals, and store display materials.
- Prepare final artwork with accurate printing specifications and coordinate directly with print vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Photography & Videography
- Plan and execute product/lifestyle photo and video shoots independently using your own photography and video skills.
- Create content suited for both social media and marketing materials (e.g., behind-the-scenes, stop-motion, short-form vertical videos).
- Edit assets using tools such as CapCut, Lightroom, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage social media content and scheduling across platforms via Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business.
- Create visually engaging content using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut.
- Develop social media calendars, write captions, and publish platform-optimized content.
- Handle TikTok Live and Shopee Live streaming, including hosting and technical setup.
Influencer & Event Coordination
- Identify, engage, and coordinate with influencers and pet content creators for collaborations and campaigns.
- Assist with event management, including roadshows, pet expos, retailer activations, and seeding kits.
Retail & Trade Marketing
- Localize and adapt artwork for retail banners, shelf displays, and trade campaigns.
- Work with sales and trade teams on activations and in-store promotions.
E-commerce & Digital Support
- Assist in visual merchandising and content management for platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and other partner sites.
- Collaborate on the design and update of campaign assets across web and digital touchpoints.
Website Management (Bonus)
- Knowledge of managing websites on Wix and WordPress is a strong plus.
- Support landing page updates, product uploads, and brand page maintenance as needed.
Project & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and asset delivery.
- Track progress, manage timelines, and maintain high design and brand standards.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus (for tracking, inventory, brief routing, etc.).
