The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support one of our fastest growing markets. This role involves working closely with the Manager to manage distributor relationships, coordinate sales and marketing activities, and support business growth.

The individual should possess a good attitude and take initiative in all aspects of his/her role. We require a responsible individual and a good team player as the role requires interaction with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

The individual needs to have good business acumen, agility to react to the changing business environment, be conversant in Mandarin and preferably able to write in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders. He/She will be working closely with an experienced team and we prefer an individual with a strong sense of initiative, cross-cultural communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

  • Assist in managing relationships with overseas distributor(s) to ensure sales targets, marketing campaigns and brand standards are met.

  • Coordinate and monitor sales orders, shipments, and promotional activities with distributors.

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches in the market(s).

  • Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.

  • Help ensure brand consistency across all distributor and platform touchpoints.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as marketing or business management

• Candidates with relevant experience of 2 years or more

• Good with financial analysis and basic data interpretation

• Conversant in Mandarin, ability to write in Chinese an advantage to liaise with Chinese stakeholders

• Added advantage if candidate has experience working on e-commerce business
