About the Role

Faber‑Castell Singapore, a leading brand in premium stationery and art supplies, is hiring a Marketing Executive with proven experience in event marketing , digital marketing , and retail activation . You will spearhead both online and offline marketing campaigns , drive brand activations , and curate high‑impact workshops and pop‑up events . This role is perfect for a creative self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has an eye for design and detail.

Key Responsibilities

Event Marketing & Brand Activation:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute experiential events, art workshops, pop‑ups, and in‑store activations at partner retail locations
  • Source venues, manage vendor partnerships, and oversee on‑site logistics to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Track event KPIs (attendance, leads generated, social engagement) and prepare post‑event performance report

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Develop and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook
  • Collaborate with agencies or designers on creative assets for paid ads, eDMs, and website banners
  • Monitor and optimize digital ad performance (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) and report on ROI

Campaign Management & Retail Support:

  • Assist with product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and co‑branding initiatives with retail partners
  • Coordinate production of marketing collateral (posters, flyers, merchandise inserts) using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
  • Support visual merchandising and point‑of‑sale displays to boost in‑store engagement

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in event coordination , digital marketing , or brand management preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong project‑management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for copywriting, presentations, and stakeholder liaison
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , or Canva —basic design/editing skills preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools
  • Creative thinker with a passion for art , design , or the craft and stationery industry

  • Comfortable working on‑site during weekends or public holidays for event execution
