Job description

Job Description:

  • Review, translate and copy-edit marketing concept materials provided by External Consulting Agency.

  • Review and vet marketing material adaptations for regional markets.

  • Coordinate printing and delivery of marketing materials to outlets.

  • Brief outlet frontline staff on campaign mechanics and marketing material functions.

  • Communicate marketing campaign to external stakeholders to help with promotional exposure/advertising on their platforms.

  • Investigate and evaluate possible cause(s) of poor sales or service performance.

  • Monitor campaign sales performance on daily basis.

  • Maintain membership programme and upkeep the backend portal system.

  • Prepare marketing materials for campaigns.

  • Review all marketing materials submitted by the Franchise partners prior to publication/production.

  • Monitor outlet performance rating on external platforms weekly.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the service or F&B industry

  • Hands-on experience in market research and data analysis within the service or F&B sectors

  • Familiar with both online and offline media platforms, including advertising requirements and formats

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI is an advantage

  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong project management skills; able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).

  • Preferred candidates with short notice period.
