Job summary

USMART SECURITIES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Marketing Events & Digital Marketing Intern to support the Marketing team in executing campaigns, events and day-to-day digital activities.

You will gain hands-on exposure to event management, social media operations, competitor research and marketing performance reporting while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management or related field.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing events, roadshows and branch activations.
• Support logistics, vendor coordination, inventory and materials for events.
• Prepare marketing collateral and on-site event support including registration and engagement.
• Assist with social media scheduling, captions, hashtags and content calendar updates.
• Contribute to competitor research, market trends and paid advertising insights.
• Compile weekly/monthly marketing reports and dashboards.
