Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and design compelling marketing materials for both digital and print platforms, including posters, social media graphics, and website colleteral.

  • Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of Club events, activities, and facilities. Create and edit engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

  • Email Marketing: Manage the end-to-end creation and distribution of our weekly e-newsletter using Mailchimp, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and visually appealing.

  • Social Media: Assist in managing the Club's social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite.

  • Event Coordination: Prepare and distribute detailed Event Orders to all relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and flawless execution of events.

  • Administrative & Financial Liaison: Coordinate with the Finance department for event billing, budget tracking, and processing of marketing-related invoices.

  • General Support: Provide administrative and on-site support for marketing campaigns and Club events as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a marketing and/or event coordination role.

  • Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite).

  • Hands-on experience with design platforms like Canva and video editing apps like Capcut is essential.

  • Basic photography and videography skills are a strong advantage.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across different departments
