As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our event sales and marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence, maximizing revenue, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to drive event bookings and business growth;
- Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to strengthen our competitive position;
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring sustainable growth in event sales;
- Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract premium clients;
- Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, and PR efforts to strengthen the company’s industry presence;
- Represent the brand at high-profile networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers;
- Develop premium event packages and tailor solutions to meet client needs while optimizing profitability;
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing, sales, and event professionals to achieve business objectives;
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department;
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation; and

Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field;
- More than 5 years of experience in event sales, hospitality or luxury services;
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing marketing and sales teams;
- Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with a focus on revenue generation;
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage high-profile clients and partners;
