Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with clinical, administrative, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader business goals and contribute to a cohesive, positive patient experience.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and enhance the effectiveness of outreach and patient retention strategies.
Design high-level, integrated marketing strategies aimed at elevating brand visibility, increasing patient acquisition, and driving sustainable business growth.
Lead the continual improvement of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, including social media, SEO, email, and offline channels.
Ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the company’s mission, values, and market positioning.
Oversee the development and management of engaging content across the website, social media, and patient communications, maintaining consistent messaging and brand integrity.
Build relationships with media, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand credibility and awareness through Public Relations, events, and CSR initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI across all campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret marketing data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
8–10 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with a strong track record of strategic planning and team management.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives focused on growth, acquisition, and retention.
