About the role
As our new Marketing Director for Pandora Asia, you will play a key leadership role in shaping Pandora’s presence across a dynamic and diverse region. This is a unique opportunity to drive end-to-end brand strategy, champion consumer insights, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives that fuel business growth.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and brand excellence across the region. You will be accountable for the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution across all channels, ensuring alignment with Pandora’s global vision while meeting the unique needs of Asian markets. Reporting to the General Manager of Asia and SVP Go To Market in Global Office Copenhagen, you will work in close partnership with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams. The Marketing Director will be instrumental in contributing to the delivery of the Asia Business Plan by ensuring the PANDORA Brand delivery on its financial commitments.
Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to lead the development and execution of bringing the brand to life locally across multiple markets, including brand communications and commercial programs that resonate with our consumers and drive market impact. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in performance management, strategic marketing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Leveraging deep consumer and market insights, you will translate data into compelling strategies that drive brand relevance and commercial success. You will be responsible for evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitive data in order to drive and execute the marketing plans. You will partner closely with Sales and Merchandising to identify evolving customer needs and unlock growth opportunities through integrated marketing plans. With a focus on measurable impact, you’ll ensure that every initiative not only resonates with consumers but also supports broader business goals across the Asia region.
