Job Description:
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will lead a talented marketing team, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and event platforms

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve KPIs and deliver results

  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities

  • Oversee marketing campaigns, advertising, branding, and communications

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with sales and product initiatives

  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI

  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and vendors

  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Minimum 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business growth

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment

  • Will be required to liase with China Counter Party

  • Familiar with China Marketing Strategies

  • Able to travel often between Singapore, China, and other locations as needed

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the securities and/or fintech industry
