Work collaboratively with various departments to support creative content/layout and design skills for creating aesthetic company images for advertising, in-store, and digital marketing materials. Develop store design and facades in accordance with brand guidelines.
Descriptions
Marcom Coordination
- Maintain, update, and archive records of all graphics-related documents such as Store and Company Brand Guidelines.
- Review and develop new/existing store visuals (local and overseas franchises) to align with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with departments for the preparation and development of related materials according to timelines.
- Liaise with external suppliers for printing production and press checks.
- Liaise with external contractors for retail store branding maintenance.
- Ensure project quality standards are met for Pet Lovers Centre.
- Perform other duties/tasks/projects as assigned related to your role.
Team Management
- Review existing artwork including promotional and printed display materials; lead junior designers in reproduction.
- Supervise junior designers and marketing admin in visual promotion production.
- Oversee marketing admin in printing and delivering POSM materials to stores timely.
Design Work
- Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing campaigns across in-store and traditional media, adhering to brand guidelines (e.g., posters, signage, wall panels, brochures).
- Determine appropriate sizes, colors, images, text styles, layouts, and arrangements for materials.
- Contribute innovative ideas and product concepts to meet retail market needs.
- Create visual content for online and offline marketing, including website banners, EDMs, and social media posts.
- Design and update product content on the website as needed.
- Capture product photos and edit images using Adobe Photoshop as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Media Design, Art, or Creative fields.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of managing a team of junior designers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of retail advertising, digital media, production, and media concepts.
- Creative, innovative, with strong visual and design sense.
- Experience working with design contractors.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to work with Mandarin-speaking clients/customers).
- Result-oriented, organized, meticulous, with good problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and under tight schedules.
- Team player, able to collaborate across all levels.
- Capable of multitasking and delivering timely results in a fast-paced environment.
