A leading eCommerce analytics firm in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Analyst to track customer funnels and provide actionable insights on marketing performance. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, strong SQL skills, and proficiency with data visualization tools. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing or data analytics, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze end-to-end customer funnel including conversion improvements.
  • Provide analysis of performance metrics and collaborate with teams to drive growth.
  • Automate regular reports and identify trends to improve email effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for data access.
  • Evaluate marketing channel effectiveness through analysis.
  • Support design and interpretation of A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Present insights and recommendations to various teams.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Funnel & Journey Analysis: Track and analyze the end-to-end customer funnel across channels to identify drop-off points and opportunities for conversion improvement.
  • eCommerce Insights: Provide deep analysis of store performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and CLV. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
  • DEM (Direct Email Marketing) Reporting: Automate regular DEM reports, including campaign performance, open rates, CTRs, and attribution to conversions. Identify trends and test hypotheses to improve email effectiveness.
  • Dashboard Development: Build and maintain self-serve dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Campaign & Channel Attribution: Evaluate marketing channel effectiveness through multi-touch attribution and cohort analysis.
  • A/B Testing Support: Design and interpret A/B and multivariate tests across website and marketing channels.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Present insights and recommendations clearly to marketing, growth, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing or data analytics, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills — ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
