About the Job

Title: Marketing Data Analyst (5+ years' experience)

Location: Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Max

This role is within the AI COE in DX Tech & Digital. The Senior Market Data Analyst will report to the Director of AI Solutions & Development overseeing the AI COE. The role involves engaging with the Marketing organization of Disney Experiences to develop AI/GenAI use cases, understanding business needs, researching industry trends, and translating these into requirements for solution design and development. Responsibilities include developing business cases, supporting feasibility assessments, managing requirements throughout project lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on GenAI capabilities and ethical considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-project problem elicitation, feasibility, and business case definition.
• Work with business and technology teams to identify issues and opportunities.
• Develop project cases aligning benefits with strategic objectives.
• Capture and document requirements using various techniques.
• Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with project goals.
• Manage scope and traceability of requirements.
• Present high-level solution options.
• Ensure solutions meet business process and architecture standards.
• Review and approve solution designs.
• Track benefits, impacts, and communicate changes.
• Provide SME insights on business processes and systems.
• Assist in risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Review third-party contracts for scope accuracy.
• Gather and analyze detailed business requirements, especially leveraging Generative AI for marketing and SEO.
• Evaluate ethical considerations and potential biases in GenAI development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years (Bachelor’s) or 3+ years (Master’s) of relevant experience.
• Understanding of marketing functions, digital strategy, and campaign performance.
• Expertise in SEO and Generative AI techniques.
• Experience with data Lakehouse solutions, Snowflake, and vector store technologies.
• Proficient in business analysis techniques and project lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning & AI concepts, especially GenAI and LLMs.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and use cases is a plus.
