Job Description

We’re looking for an innovative and versatile marketer, who will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue, through acquiring and developing new business leads. As our Marketing cum Operations Manager, you will actively promote our company's brand and cleaning services, managing key accounts, performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with our customers and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Must have the relevent experiences in the cleaning services industry
  • Good contacts with management of Food Service Industry players, potential commercial and residential customers, to drive and enable new business opportunities, with a focus on ensuring the long-term sustainability and profitability of the business
  • Prepare a roadmap of advertisement and sales promotion and specify the channels of distribution for goods and services. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Ensure that identified potential clients and leads from marketing campaigns and business partners are properly followed thru
  • Attending to tender site show round, preparing sales quotation/proposal, and pitch presentation to potential clients. Review new tender opportunities via various media and portals
  • Work closely with other departments including Operations, Human Resource, Accounts, and Procurement during the tender and support mobilisation process.
  • Proactively build strategic relationship and partnership with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Must be a great team player, passionate, self-motivated with a results-driven approach and 'can do' mindset
